- Post accessible elevator signage in every elevator lobby.

Non-compliance with LL47 can result in the following penalties:
- DOB violation for missing or non-compliant signage.
Exemptions
- Buildings that are fully accessible at every entrance may qualify for simplified signage.
Recent updates and amendments
DOB updated the accessible signage specification (pictogram size, contrast, mounting height) in 2023.
